About this role

Join a YC-backed enterprise AI startup as a founding engineer to build an agentic operating system that enables business users to deploy and orchestrate AI agents at scale. You'll operate at CTO level owning significant product areas end-to-end, working on live revenue-generating products at the frontier of AI engineering.

What you'll do

  • Own large portions of the product from conception through production deployment
  • Build and improve agentic systems focusing on accuracy, reliability, and capability
  • Engage directly with users to understand pain points and scope impactful features
  • Ship full-stack solutions spanning Go backends and React/Vite frontends
  • Champion AI-first development practices using coding agents to amplify productivity
  • Conduct code reviews and maintain high engineering standards across the codebase
