Founding Engineer Intern

About this role

Join a pre-seed AI startup as a Founding Engineer Intern to build autonomous recruiting automation systems alongside the CTO. You'll own full-stack features end-to-end in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to work in hacker houses across Latin America.

What you'll do

• Ship production features daily working directly with the CTO
• Own complete development lifecycle from ideation through deployment for core product features
• Design and build components of an agentic AI system for recruiting automation
• Gather user feedback and measure impact on hiring efficiency to drive iteration
• Collaborate with founding team on rapid experimentation and validation

What they're looking for

• React and TypeScript (6+ months production experience)
• Cursor, Supabase, Prisma, and Typesearch
• Full-stack development
• User research and feedback collection
• Feature ownership from conception to production
• Fast-paced startup environment navigation
• AI/agentic system integration
