About this role
Join a pre-seed AI startup as a founding engineer intern, working directly with the CTO to build an automated headhunting platform. You'll ship full-stack features daily in a fast-paced San Francisco hacker-house environment, taking ownership of components from concept to production.
What you'll do
- Build and deploy end-to-end features to production on a daily basis
- Collaborate with the CTO and founding team to own product components from ideation through deployment
- Develop and iterate on an agentic system to fully automate the headhunting workflow
- Gather user feedback to measure impact on hiring speed and recruiter experience
- Contribute to a low-ego engineering culture with strong ownership and rapid iteration mindset
