About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Manufacturing Engineer, Analytics to optimize defense manufacturing operations through data-driven insights and process improvement. You'll analyze production metrics, develop manufacturing strategies, and lead lean/Six Sigma initiatives while collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and scalability.
What you'll do
- Analyze manufacturing data including production metrics, process flow, and resource utilization to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies with leadership to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality
- Lead kaizen, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma initiatives to optimize production processes
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of manufacturing processes and strategies for continuous improvement
- Implement and refine manufacturing KPIs to measure performance and drive accountability
- Support new product development from manufacturing perspective, ensuring manufacturability and cost-effectiveness
