About this role

Join a seed-stage AI SaaS company automating content review for regulated enterprises as a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer. You'll work directly with enterprise customers to uncover needs, rapidly prototype solutions, and feed product signals back to shape the roadmap—blending hands-on engineering with strategic customer partnerships.

What you'll do

  • Conduct on-site customer discovery to uncover unmet needs and translate them into actionable product requirements
  • Build and ship proof-of-concept solutions against live customer workflows within tight timeframes
  • Write code and develop integrations to help customers realize value quickly
  • Bridge engineering, product, sales, and customer stakeholders to drive alignment and trust
  • Identify patterns across customer engagements and prioritize product roadmap decisions
  • Serve as the external technical face of the product to enterprise stakeholders from IC to C-suite
