About this role

Join a seed-stage startup as a founding Product Engineer to build computer vision and AI tools that automate blueprint analysis and cost estimation for construction teams. You'll own features end-to-end across React, Python, and infrastructure while working directly with customers to shape product direction in a fast-moving, impact-driven environment.

What you'll do

  • Own full-stack features from customer discovery through production shipping on a weekly iteration cycle
  • Conduct regular customer interviews to translate construction domain knowledge into actionable product decisions
  • Design and build intuitive UIs that simplify complex blueprint and hardware data for users transitioning from paper workflows
  • Develop across the full stack using React frontend, Python backend, and cloud infrastructure
  • Act as architect and builder, taking concepts from ideation to production-ready features
  • Contribute to product strategy and direction alongside the founding team
