About this role

Join a seed-stage gig economy platform as the first infrastructure engineer, building a cloud platform for integration runtimes and AI coding agents. You'll own the entire infrastructure stack from day one, working directly with the CTO to establish patterns that scale the team, with a clear path to leading infrastructure.

What you'll do

  • Design and operate a mini cloud platform supporting durable execution, sandboxed isolation, and self-healing for integration runtimes
  • Build agent infrastructure enabling coding agents to write, test, and deploy integration code at scale in production
  • Implement full observability across logs, metrics, and tracing for all integrations and agent runs
  • Architect and ship self-hostable, single-tenant deployment options as a first-class product offering
  • Establish engineering patterns and infrastructure standards for future team members to follow
  • Hire and mentor infrastructure engineers as the team grows over the first year
