About this role

Join this early-stage healthtech startup as a Founding Product Engineer to build the clinician-facing product for an AI-native practice management platform. You'll own full-stack workflows from concept to production, working closely with founders, designers, and healthcare practitioners to simplify complex operational challenges in independent clinical practices.

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end clinician-facing workflows including implementation, testing, deployment, and iteration
  • Collaborate with designers, founders, and clinicians to define product behavior and translate workflows into software
  • Lead frontend architecture and technical direction for provider and patient applications
  • Influence APIs, data models, and system design while primarily owning frontend implementation
  • Debug production issues spanning browsers, APIs, integrations, and infrastructure
  • Contribute to engineering culture through code reviews and pragmatic technical decision-making
