About this role
Anthropic seeks a Finance Systems Engineer to build and maintain financial planning platforms (Pigment, Anaplan) and data infrastructure supporting FP&A processes. You'll develop integrations, ETL pipelines, and financial models while administering systems and partnering with finance stakeholders to drive continuous improvements.
What you'll do
- Administer and maintain Pigment financial planning platform, managing system health, user access, security, and configurations
- Design and build financial models, workflows, and applications using EPM platforms and in-house tools for planning and forecasting
- Develop and maintain secure API integrations and dataflows connecting FP&A platforms to ERP and data warehouse systems
- Create SQL-based data models, ETL pipelines, and reporting infrastructure for financial close and business intelligence
- Ensure financial data accuracy and integrity by developing validation rules, performing quality checks, and resolving discrepancies
- Partner with Finance and Strategy teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and identify process improvements
