About this role

Join a founding-stage team as a Product Engineer building an AI phone assistant for European SMEs. You'll own features end-to-end, from discovery to production, with direct influence on product direction and architecture in a fast-moving startup environment.

What you'll do

  • Own features from discovery and prototyping through production release
  • Lead product discovery by forming and testing hypotheses through rapid experiments
  • Maintain customer and partner relationships to identify and prioritize pain points
  • Design and implement tracking systems to gather metrics for data-driven iteration
  • Make architecture decisions and drive full-stack implementation
  • Move initiatives forward autonomously with radical ownership mindset
