About this role

An early-stage MLOps startup is seeking a GTM Engineer to build and own their US market presence from the ground up in San Francisco. You'll drive community engagement through events, technical evangelism, and authentic relationship-building while instrumenting every interaction into a measurable pipeline.

What you'll do

  • Establish and host bi-weekly SF developer meetups and own the local ML-infra community from zero
  • Work conferences, hackathons, and industry events to build personal brand and expand the Valley network
  • Demo the product live to technical audiences and credibly explain MLOps infrastructure concepts
  • Create and distribute technical content including blog posts, demo videos, and social media rooted in community insights
  • Instrument community signals from Mixpanel, GitHub, CRM, and enrichment tools into automated lead scoring and follow-up workflows
  • Act as eyes and ears for market intelligence, feeding product strategy and GTM insights back to founders

  • API integrations and basic automation workflows
  • Self-directed execution in early-stage environments
