GTM Engineer
About this role
An early-stage MLOps startup is seeking a GTM Engineer to build and own their US market presence from the ground up in San Francisco. You'll drive community engagement through events, technical evangelism, and authentic relationship-building while instrumenting every interaction into a measurable pipeline.
What you'll do
- Establish and host bi-weekly SF developer meetups and own the local ML-infra community from zero
- Work conferences, hackathons, and industry events to build personal brand and expand the Valley network
- Demo the product live to technical audiences and credibly explain MLOps infrastructure concepts
- Create and distribute technical content including blog posts, demo videos, and social media rooted in community insights
- Instrument community signals from Mixpanel, GitHub, CRM, and enrichment tools into automated lead scoring and follow-up workflows
- Act as eyes and ears for market intelligence, feeding product strategy and GTM insights back to founders
What they're looking for
- Developer relations or community-driven GTM experience
- Ability to demo and explain Python frameworks to technical audiences
- Event hosting and community building at scale
- CRM platforms and data enrichment tools (Clay or similar)
- Product analytics and measurement (Mixpanel or similar)
- Technical content creation (blogs, videos, social)
- API integrations and basic automation workflows
- Self-directed execution in early-stage environments
Benefits
