About this role

An early-stage MLOps infrastructure company seeks a GTM Engineer to build their US presence and community from the ground up in San Francisco. You'll own developer community building, technical evangelism, and event strategy while instrumenting community signals into measurable sales pipelines.

What you'll do

  • Launch and operate a recurring SF developer meetup series focused on ML infrastructure
  • Represent the company at AI-infrastructure events, hackathons, and conferences across the Bay Area
  • Deliver live product demos and technical talks to engineer audiences
  • Create and distribute technical content including blog posts, demo videos, and social media
  • Build and maintain an automated pipeline connecting community engagement to CRM and sales outcomes using data enrichment and analytics tools
  • Serve as market intelligence gathering technical pain points, competitive insights, and customer needs from the community
