About this role

An AI infrastructure company building RL training platforms seeks its first GTM Engineer to design and execute an outbound go-to-market strategy from the ground up. You'll own the entire pipeline—from prospect targeting to deal closure—leveraging AI automation and deep technical credibility to reach ML engineers and AI researchers.

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end outbound pipeline including targeting, enrichment, outreach, and meeting booking
  • Build and maintain GTM workflows: email sequencing, CRM automation, lead scoring, and custom tooling
  • Develop and iterate messaging that resonates with technical buyers and engineering leaders
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to scale pipeline generation and efficiency
  • Track funnel metrics and optimize conversion rates across all stages
  • Collaborate with founding team to define and refine GTM playbook as company scales
