About this role
ClickUp seeks a Strategic Solutions Engineer in Chicago to be a technical bridge between sales, success, and enterprise customers. You'll design proof-of-concept projects, deliver technical presentations, and build custom solutions using AI and integration platforms to drive revenue growth and customer expansion.
What you'll do
- Deliver technical presentations on ClickUp products and integrations to prospects and existing clients alongside sales teams
- Design, deploy, and manage customer-specific proof of value projects
- Build custom reports and dynamic dashboards for client management teams
- Support RFP responses with functional and technical expertise
- Maintain demo environments and stay current on product feature releases
- Travel up to 50% for customer onsite meetings and enterprise deal support
