About this role

Join Ginkgo's antibody developability team as a hands-on scientist executing antibody characterization assays and operating automated liquid handling systems. You'll support customer projects by running developability tests, maintaining precise sample tracking, and collaborating with a team of bioengineers in a fast-paced, automation-focused environment.

What you'll do

  • Execute antibody developability assays including thermostability, ELISA, and liquid chromatography
  • Operate and maintain automated liquid handling systems and robotic workstations
  • Track samples, reagents, and data using digital laboratory management systems
  • Perform routine biotechnology workflows following strict SOPs and document protocol improvements
  • Communicate project status and collaborate with team members on priorities and instrument needs
  • Troubleshoot assay protocols and contribute to workflow optimization
