About this role

Clinically AI seeks a Full-Stack Engineer to build and scale their healthcare AI platform across React front-ends, Node services, mobile apps, and AI systems. You'll own features end-to-end, partner with clinicians and product teams, and leverage modern AI developer tools to accelerate development in a fast-growing healthcare tech environment.

What you'll do

  • Architect and ship features across React, Node, mobile (iOS/Android), browser extensions, and AI infrastructure
  • Collaborate with product, design, AI/ML, and customer teams to translate clinical workflows into technical solutions
  • Lead technical decisions and contribute to architectural strategy as the platform scales
  • Use AI-powered developer tools to increase velocity and code quality
  • Own end-to-end product areas from design through deployment and monitoring
  • Mentor engineers and establish engineering best practices across the team
