GTM Engineer (Revenue Operations)
About this role
Collective seeks a GTM Engineer to optimize revenue operations, lead routing, and sales workflows. You'll partner with Sales and Marketing to implement AI-native solutions and data-driven processes that scale AE productivity while owning the sales toolstack and pipeline analytics.
What you'll do
- Partner with Sales Leadership on lead routing, segmentation, enrichment, and rep performance analytics
- Own implementation and testing of sales toolstack to improve AE efficiency and quota attainment
- Design and operationalize AI-native workflows to reduce manual work and accelerate decisions
- Lead cross-functional GTM initiatives from problem definition through testing and iteration
- Manage governance of lead flow, messaging, and system workflows including Sales-Marketing SLA handoffs
- Collaborate with Business Systems and data teams to operationalize automation on reliable data
