About this role

Sales Engineer supporting Commure's Ambient AI platform, managing technical pilots from initial scoping through contract signature and implementation handoff. You'll configure EHR integrations, coordinate advanced AI features, and ensure pilots succeed across 10+ EHR systems while partnering with sales, engineering, and implementation teams.

What you'll do

  • Lead technical scoping calls with healthcare providers to define pilot scope, specialty requirements, and EHR workflows
  • Build and configure EHR integrations across browser automation, DOM injection, and API paths for 10+ supported systems
  • Manage advanced AI feature deployment including ICD coding, orders, Patient 360, and pre-visit summaries within pilots
  • Translate clinical requirements into template requests and triage template updates on 24-hour SLA
  • Own pilot health and status, triaging requests and maintaining communication via Slack and Salesforce
  • Support sales team with RFP responses, security questionnaires, and integration/feature guidance
