About this role
Create technical content and runnable examples for Clumio's cloud-native backup platform, targeting engineers and infrastructure leaders. You'll write guides paired with working code—Terraform modules, CloudFormation templates, and API walkthroughs—that help users succeed in their first twenty minutes.
What you'll do
- Write technical guides, tutorials, and documentation paired with tested, executable code samples
- Build and maintain Terraform modules, CloudFormation templates, and CLI walkthroughs that users can copy and run immediately
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and growth teams to identify content gaps and priority topics
- Test all published content end-to-end to ensure accuracy and functionality
- Drive product-led growth by creating onboarding content that converts trials into customers
- Own the top-of-funnel content strategy for the Cloud Native product line
