Forward Deployed Engineer (New Grad)
About this role
Composio is seeking a new graduate Forward Deployed Engineer to help establish reliable on-premises agent deployment practices across enterprise customers. You'll work hands-on with Kubernetes, Helm, and distributed systems to debug complex infrastructures and streamline customer onboarding for stateful AI agent deployments.
What you'll do
- Manage on-premises deployment lifecycle including Helm charts, upgrades, releases, and rollback procedures
- Consolidate diverged customer forks back to a single supported chart with proper guardrails
- Accelerate customer onboarding to enable deployment completion within days
- Debug full-stack issues spanning Temporal workflows, Kubernetes initialization, storage, and authentication pipelines
- Triage CVEs, apply security patches, and conduct root cause analysis on incidents
