About this role
Join ConductorAI's engineering team as a Software Engineer Intern to build production features for a document search and AI-powered workflow platform. You'll work on both frontend and backend systems, contribute to real product features, and gain mentorship from experienced engineers while working on mission-critical problems.
What you'll do
- Build and optimize search, review, and AI-powered agent features for accuracy and consistency
- Develop polished, user-facing features in Next.js/React applications
- Create backend APIs, data models, and workflow execution systems supporting frontend experiences
- Write maintainable, high-quality code alongside experienced engineers
- Own meaningful features from problem definition through implementation and deployment
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and users to translate problems into product improvements
