What you'll do
- Facilitate individual and group recovery sessions.
- Advocate for individuals throughout their treatment process.
- Build therapeutic relationships to minimize seclusion and restraint.
- Connect individuals with appropriate community resources.
- Document patient interactions in the electronic health record.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
