Product Engineer
About this role
Conversion is seeking a Product Engineer to build core features for an AI-native marketing automation platform handling massive data scale and complex workflows. You'll own products end-to-end, work directly with customers, and contribute to a technically challenging platform replacing legacy solutions like HubSpot and Marketo.
What you'll do
- Own the full lifecycle of product features from customer problem discovery to shipped solution
- Design and implement complex features that integrate seamlessly with existing platform capabilities
- Engage directly with customers via Slack channels to understand pain points and validate solutions
- Handle technical challenges around data reliability, workflow coordination, and email delivery at scale
- Establish and maintain high craft standards while delivering scalable implementations
- Contribute to product vision and strategy based on deep customer understanding
