About this role
CookUnity is seeking an AI Native Engineer for Growth Marketing to embed AI throughout the growth organization, from performance marketing to CRM to landing pages. This hybrid role requires both strong engineering skills and growth marketing expertise to build AI-powered tools, automations, and workflows that drive customer acquisition and retention.
What you'll do
- Build AI-powered tools for bid strategy analysis, budget pacing, creative scoring, and anomaly detection across paid channels
- Develop AI workflows for ad copy generation, creative briefs, image variations, and performance feedback loops
- Implement AI-driven personalization, send-time optimization, and agentic workflows for email, SMS, push, and in-app channels using Braze and Snowflake
- Automate landing page variant generation, headline testing, and audience-based personalization
- Create internal AI tools including dashboards, Slack bots, and report generators to reduce manual analytical work
- Partner with Product and Engineering to identify AI-powered features like recommendations and dynamic content for conversion and retention
