Solutions Engineer, Chicago (Enterprise)

About this role

Cribl is seeking a Solutions Engineer in Chicago to help enterprise customers realize the value of its AI-powered telemetry platform. You'll combine technical expertise with communication skills to guide customers through sales processes, product demos, and proof-of-concept engagements while contributing thought leadership through documentation.

What you'll do

• Demonstrate Cribl's product and articulate value propositions to customers during sales calls
• Guide customers through proof-of-concept sessions and technical implementation
• Answer technical questions and address customer concerns about telemetry solutions
• Document use cases and best practices in blog posts and product documentation
• Travel up to 30% for customer engagement and on-site support
• Support remote-first operations across multiple time zones with occasional off-hours availability
