Solutions Engineer, Ohio (Enterprise)

About this role

Cribl seeks a Solutions Engineer in Ohio to help enterprise customers maximize value from its AI-powered telemetry platform. You'll combine technical expertise with sales support, delivering product demos, running proof-of-concepts, and documenting use cases while working remotely with occasional travel.

What you'll do

• Demonstrate Cribl's platform capabilities and answer customer technical questions during sales engagements
• Guide customers through proof-of-concept implementations to validate business outcomes
• Help customers understand how Cribl solves their telemetry, logging, and security challenges
• Document customer use cases and solutions in blog posts and product documentation
• Provide feedback on product features based on real-world customer interactions
• Travel up to 30% to support customer meetings and strategic initiatives
