About this role
Crusoe seeks an Instrumentation & Controls Engineer II to design and validate control systems for modular data center platforms. You'll develop point lists and control drawings, execute factory acceptance testing, and support manufacturing operations to ensure repeatable, field-ready systems.
What you'll do
- Develop point lists, instrument schedules, I/O assignments, and control system drawings for modular data center platforms
- Execute factory acceptance testing protocols including point-to-point verification, loop checks, and calibration confirmation
- Partner with manufacturing teams to resolve control panel build issues and instrument installation discrepancies on the production floor
- Contribute to standardized design packages, drawing templates, and repeatable test procedures for platform scalability
- Coordinate with control panel fabricators, systems integrators, and instrument suppliers on submittals and specification compliance
- Conduct field verification walks and basic calibration checks at deployment sites to confirm as-built accuracy and commissioning readiness
