App Engineer - GTM Strategy and Operations
About this role
Databricks seeks an experienced App Engineer to build secure, interactive data and AI applications on the Databricks platform. You'll design scalable web applications, AI chatbots, and operational interfaces using Streamlit, React, and FastAPI, leveraging Databricks' serverless infrastructure and AI frameworks to empower business decision-making.
What you'll do
- Design and develop frontend interfaces and FastAPI backends for data applications and enterprise chat solutions
- Architect secure, scalable application systems meeting GTM requirements for custom SaaS products
- Create CI/CD pipelines using Databricks Asset Bundles to automate deployments across environments
- Implement integrations with Databricks SQL via Statement Execution API and Databricks SDK
- Build intelligent conversational and analytics solutions using Databricks Genie and LLM frameworks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive user interfaces
