Forward Deployed AI Engineer (Post-Sales)

About this role

DatologyAI seeks a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to serve as the technical expert for post-sales customer success, guiding strategic accounts through deploying and operating the company's data curation platform across complex on-prem and hybrid environments. You'll bridge customer needs with internal teams while solving distributed systems challenges and driving long-term platform adoption.

What you'll do

• Lead customer onboarding, deployment, and production rollout while owning technical strategy and success for assigned accounts
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Research to translate customer requirements into technical strategies and shape product roadmap priorities
• Design scalable, secure workflows across compute, storage, networking, and distributed systems with executive-level reporting
• Optimize platform performance across AWS, GCP, Azure, and on-prem Kubernetes environments with provider-specific tuning
• Debug and resolve customer issues end-to-end, contributing technical solutions and infrastructure improvements
• Travel to customer sites as needed to support critical deployments and technical engagements
