Forward-Deployed Engineer (FDE), Strategic Accounts
About this role
Deepgram seeks a Forward-Deployed Engineer to embed with strategic enterprise customers, building production-grade voice AI solutions and integrations that connect Deepgram's platform to customer systems. You'll work directly with customers' technical teams on voice agents, integrations, and custom tooling while contributing innovations back to the platform.
What you'll do
- Embed with assigned strategic customer and build end-to-end solutions including integrations, agents, and internal tooling
- Design and maintain production-scale integrations with customer systems like point-of-sale, loyalty, payment, and CDP platforms
- Develop voice agents and conduct prompt engineering to solve real customer problems at scale
- Work closely with customer technical and business teams on site and provide ongoing technical support
- Identify platform gaps and prototype new capabilities that become products for future customers
- Collaborate with senior Forward-Deployed Engineers and core research teams to validate and ship solutions
