About this role
Dialpad seeks a Customer Success Engineer in Denver to provide technical support and guidance to customers working with the AI-powered customer experience platform. You'll deliver product demos, conduct technical audits, and collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure clients maximize value from Dialpad's voice and digital solutions.
What you'll do
- Conduct product and feature demonstrations, including App Marketplace integrations
- Perform proactive technical audits of customer Dialpad configurations and recommend improvements
- Provide technical advice and system configuration guidance to customers and CSMs
- Deliver admin training and enablement programs to uplevel customer technical capabilities
- Partner with CSM team throughout the customer lifecycle to address technical questions
- Assist with sales enablement programs for CS partners
