About this role

Discord seeks an experienced Oracle ERP Fusion Technical Developer to manage technical support, report development, and integrations across their Oracle Fusion environment. You'll handle L2/L3 incident resolution, BI Publisher and OTBI reporting, Oracle Integration Cloud operations, and support critical financial processes for a gaming-focused tech company.

What you'll do

  • Provide L2/L3 technical support and troubleshoot incidents across Oracle Fusion ERP modules (GL, AP, AR, Procurement)
  • Develop and maintain BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, and data extracts
  • Own Oracle Integration Cloud break-fix support, monitoring, and new integration development
  • Create technical design documents, integration specifications, and deployment documentation
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes and performance optimization
  • Execute root cause analysis, testing, and validation for quarterly Oracle releases with SOX and ITGC compliance
