About this role

Discord is hiring a QA/DevOps Engineer to own automated testing for Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion) and Salesforce systems. You'll develop and maintain Tosca-based regression test suites, integrate them into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with ERP and DevOps teams to ensure quality across quarterly patch cycles.

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain Tosca-based regression and progression test automation for Oracle Fusion (GL, AP, AR, FAH) and Salesforce
  • Execute end-to-end QA automation suites for quarterly Oracle ERP patch upgrades and feature releases
  • Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to trigger regression runs on release candidate builds
  • Review new Oracle and Salesforce release features and recommend testing process improvements
  • Create and maintain test infrastructure and environments in collaboration with DevOps and ERP Technical teams
  • Document test coverage, defect trends, and release readiness in Jira and reporting dashboards

  • Python, Shell, or PowerShell scripting
  • Git/GitHub or GitLab version control and workflows
  • Jira for defect tracking and test coverage reporting
  • Docker containerization and ephemeral test environments
  • SOX compliance and ITGC controls awareness
