Divergent seeks an AM Service Engineer to maintain and optimize additive manufacturing equipment for aerospace and automotive production. This 4x10 shift role focuses on equipment reliability, diagnostic troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement to maximize part quality and production throughput.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies, diagnostic methods, and equipment improvements to maximize part quality and machine availability
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, optical, and controls failures; identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Troubleshoot and optimize machine performance, reliability, and production capability beyond standard procedures
  • Design and refine maintenance procedures, calibration methodologies, and equipment operating standards
  • Assist with intra-facility equipment relocations as needed
  • Apply technical expertise to analyze and improve overall system performance
