DevOps Support Specialist
About this role
Divergent Technologies seeks a DevOps Support Specialist to serve as the frontline support contact for DevOps infrastructure and tooling. You'll triage help desk tickets, resolve DevOps platform issues, maintain Confluence documentation, and enable teams to stay productive across CI/CD pipelines, containers, cloud environments, and monitoring platforms.
What you'll do
- Monitor, triage, and prioritize incoming IT help desk tickets by urgency and business impact
- Resolve support requests for DevOps infrastructure including CI/CD pipelines, source control, containers, and cloud environments
- Route complex issues to appropriate engineering and platform teams
- Author and maintain How-To documentation in Confluence, expanding coverage based on common requests
- Manage access and provisioning requests for DevOps platforms per security and change-management procedures
- Provide hands-on support to business and engineering teams navigating DevOps tools and processes
