DLH Corp seeks a Programmer Analyst with SAS or R expertise to support the CDC's HIV Prevention Division in Atlanta. The role focuses on data management, validation, analysis, and dissemination for HIV surveillance and epidemiological research on a fully remote basis.
What you'll do
- Develop SAS programs to validate surveillance, clinical, and research study data
- Verify dataset completeness and identify discrepancies or inconsistencies
- Create codebooks and data management plans
- Conduct quality assurance through duplicate procedures and results comparisons
- Perform geospatial and molecular HIV analysis using R
- Collaborate with analysts to develop code supporting data analysis efforts
