About this role
Join DoorDash's Code Quality team to build infrastructure that validates code across the engineering org. You'll design and maintain static analysis, test frameworks, CI/CD integration, and developer tooling while partnering with teams to ship reliable quality signals and improve engineering workflows.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain static analysis, quality gates, test frameworks, and regression infrastructure integrated into CI/CD pipelines
- Define and derive quality signals such as test flakiness, pass rates, coverage, and performance metrics
- Design tooling that improves local development, debugging, and rollout workflows for engineers
- Explore AI agents and tools to automate quality checks and measure impact using engineering usage data
- Partner directly with engineering, product, and QA teams to identify bottlenecks and ship demonstrably impactful solutions
- Debug and iterate on quality infrastructure based on real-world usage and feedback
