About this role

Join DoorDash's Developer Insights team as a Full Stack Software Engineer to build internal tools and platforms that enhance the developer experience for hundreds of engineers. You'll work across frontend and backend technologies, introduce LLM-based tools, and contribute to an internal developer portal built on Backstage.io while mentoring peers and shaping engineering best practices.

What you'll do

  • Build and enhance features for the internal Developer Insights portal using Backstage.io
  • Develop full-stack solutions using TypeScript/React frontend with Java, Kotlin, Python, or Go backends
  • Integrate cutting-edge LLM technologies into developer tools and workflows
  • Contribute bug fixes and features to upstream open-source projects
  • Mentor peers and lead technical direction; assist with roadmap planning and feature measurement
  • Represent the team in OKR presentations and engineering all-hands meetings
