Systems Engineer - Microsoft
About this role
DRW, a diversified trading firm, seeks a Systems Engineer to administer and support core Microsoft infrastructure including Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Server environments, and cloud services. You'll manage mission-critical systems in a fast-paced financial services environment, respond to production incidents, and automate routine tasks.
What you'll do
- Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Exchange (on-premise, Online, hybrid)
- Deploy, maintain, and support Windows Server environments across versions 2016–2025
- Support Microsoft cloud services including Entra ID, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365
- Configure single sign-on and federation protocols (SAML, OAuth/OIDC, SCIM)
- Triage tickets and respond to critical production incidents with on-call rotation
- Document configurations and create runbooks for repeatable processes
