About this role
DV Trading seeks an IT operations-focused intern to provide first-line technical support and help maintain IT infrastructure for a fast-growing financial services firm. You'll troubleshoot user issues, manage hardware logistics, and contribute to internal IT processes while developing hands-on operational skills.
What you'll do
- Serve as first point of contact for IT support requests via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware problems and manage desk setup configurations
- Diagnose and resolve application issues or escalate to senior staff
