About this role
Elastic seeks a UX & Front End Engineer to design and build next-generation AI interfaces that translate complex generative and agentic AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences. You'll collaborate with AI engineers, product managers, and users to create high-performance applications using the Elastic Stack, focusing on AI-specific patterns like streaming text, prompt workflows, and agent reasoning visualizations.
What you'll do
- Design and implement intuitive front-end interfaces for generative and agentic AI applications
- Build high-performance applications using Elastic Stack technologies (ESRE, Agent Builder, Workflows, eUI)
- Collaborate with AI backend engineers, product managers, and user groups to translate AI reasoning into seamless interactions
- Develop AI-specific UI patterns including streaming text, dynamic prompt workflows, and agent reasoning visualizations
- Create internal products and platforms that enhance enterprise productivity
- Partner with stakeholders to iterate on user-centered AI experiences
