About this role
EliseAI seeks an Associate Solutions Engineer to support healthcare clients using AI-powered workflow automation. You'll investigate technical issues, troubleshoot system integrations with EHR/PMS platforms, and deliver expert customer support by combining deep product knowledge with analytical problem-solving.
What you'll do
- Investigate root causes of customer issues using SQL queries, logs, and data analysis tools
- Communicate with healthcare clients to understand problems, business impact, and resolve issues quickly
- Troubleshoot integrations with client telephony, EHR, and PMS systems
- Write detailed ticket summaries documenting issues, reproduction steps, and impact for engineering teams
- Advise clients on best practices for configuring and using the AI Assistant
- Confirm bug fixes with clients and share updates with cross-functional team members
