About this role
EOS IT Solutions seeks an experienced Arista Network Engineer to join their Global Network team in a remote USA role. You'll lead network infrastructure projects including Arista deployments, software upgrades, and multi-vendor integrations while mentoring junior engineers and supporting enterprise-scale operations.
What you'll do
- Execute Arista software upgrades and security vulnerability mitigation across the enterprise estate
- Design and deploy network solutions including spine-leaf architecture, SDWAN, and Wi-Fi infrastructure
- Configure and troubleshoot Layer 2/3 protocols (BGP, OSPF, HSRP, VRRP) in enterprise environments
- Support network refresh projects, new technology deployments, and Cisco DNAC implementations
- Generate Bills of Materials and translate technical designs into production implementations
- Mentor junior team members and maintain network documentation

- Arista EOS and CloudVision platform expertise
- Layer 2 switching protocols (5+ years)
- Layer 3 routing protocols (5+ years)
- Wi-Fi design and troubleshooting
- TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, HSRP, VRRP configuration
- Multi-vendor networking (Cisco, HP, Aruba, Juniper)
- SDWAN and SDN deployment experience
- Enterprise network architecture and documentation
