About this role

EOS IT Solutions seeks an experienced Arista Network Engineer to join their Global Network team in a remote USA role. You'll lead network infrastructure projects including Arista deployments, software upgrades, and multi-vendor integrations while mentoring junior engineers and supporting enterprise-scale operations.

What you'll do

  • Execute Arista software upgrades and security vulnerability mitigation across the enterprise estate
  • Design and deploy network solutions including spine-leaf architecture, SDWAN, and Wi-Fi infrastructure
  • Configure and troubleshoot Layer 2/3 protocols (BGP, OSPF, HSRP, VRRP) in enterprise environments
  • Support network refresh projects, new technology deployments, and Cisco DNAC implementations
  • Generate Bills of Materials and translate technical designs into production implementations
  • Mentor junior team members and maintain network documentation

  • Arista EOS and CloudVision platform expertise
  • Layer 2 switching protocols (5+ years)
  • Layer 3 routing protocols (5+ years)
  • Wi-Fi design and troubleshooting
  • TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, HSRP, VRRP configuration
  • Multi-vendor networking (Cisco, HP, Aruba, Juniper)
  • SDWAN and SDN deployment experience
  • Enterprise network architecture and documentation
