About this role

Support our globally distributed trading infrastructure by testing, validating, and maintaining server and network hardware across data centers. This role blends hands-on lab work with operational coordination, requiring travel for deployments and complex troubleshooting.

What you'll do

  • Test and validate server/networking hardware configurations for performance, stability, and compatibility
  • Execute hardware acceptance procedures including burn-in checks, firmware baselines, and known-good configurations
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance and upgrades across multiple data center sites
  • Collaborate with onsite providers and contractors to ensure quality installation and execution
  • Create documentation including test results, approved SKUs, standards, and maintenance runbooks
  • Troubleshoot hardware issues and support RMA and spare replacement decisions
