About this role

E-Space seeks a Chief Systems Engineer to lead the design and deployment of next-generation satellite-based radar systems for global IoT connectivity. You'll architect end-to-end solutions spanning waveform design, on-board processing, and signal classification for LEO platforms, integrating RF hardware, phased arrays, and advanced DSP technologies.

What you'll do

  • Design and optimize radar waveforms and on-board signal processing algorithms for LEO satellite systems
  • Lead end-to-end system architecture from raw signal capture through classification and calibration
  • Integrate RF hardware, phased array systems, and advanced DSP technologies into cohesive platforms
  • Develop persistent, all-weather sensing capabilities for global-scale IoT deployment
  • Translate technical requirements into actionable intelligence products for end-users
  • Oversee systems engineering trade-offs across performance, power, and manufacturing constraints
