SoC Firmware Engineer

About this role

E-Space is hiring a SoC Firmware Engineer in Saratoga to develop low-level embedded software for LEO satellite IoT systems. You'll collaborate with hardware teams on firmware architecture, device bring-up, and full-stack integration from bootloader through RTOS services.

What you'll do

• Design and optimize low-level firmware with focus on hardware-software integration
• Collaborate with hardware engineers on firmware architecture and requirements
• Lead hardware bring-up and validation activities
• Develop BSP, drivers, and RTOS services
• Ensure seamless integration across the embedded software stack
• Work on space-based communication systems for IoT applications
