About this role
Ethena is seeking a Sales Engineer to support the sales process for its AI-powered compliance training and unified compliance platform. You'll work with enterprise customers to demonstrate product value, translate technical capabilities into business solutions, and help close deals across a remote-first organization.
What you'll do
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospects and customers
- Translate customer requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans
- Support sales team through the sales cycle with technical expertise and credibility
- Create proof-of-concept implementations and custom feature demonstrations
- Collaborate with product and customer success teams on customer needs and feedback
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and sales collateral
