About this role
Lead the design and management of Ethos's cloud-based IT infrastructure, focusing on security, scalability, and automation. You'll architect modern IT systems, mentor team members, and drive operational excellence across SaaS platforms and endpoint management tools.
What you'll do
- Design and manage a cloud-first IT environment with emphasis on high availability, scalability, and security across SaaS platforms
- Implement security-first practices across access controls, device posture, and risk mitigation in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Identify and automate manual IT workflows to improve operational efficiency
- Lead IT projects from planning through execution and serve as technical escalation point for complex issues
- Administer Google Workspace, email security (Proofpoint), Okta, Jamf, Intune, and other core IT tools
- Design AI-powered agents and bots to automate IT workflows and handle up to 20% of time on escalated support and onboarding
