This role offers a high degree of ownership and autonomy, allowing you to contribute to the development of novel semiconductor processes and influence tool design. The ideal candidate will have hands-on cleanroom experience and a strong understanding of fabrication methods.

What you'll do

  • Design and execute experiments in the lab alongside senior engineers.
  • Review technical literature and apply learnings to experimental design.
  • Operate semiconductor tools like etch, deposition, lithography, and metrology systems.
  • Develop, transfer, and optimize process recipes.
  • Analyze process data, troubleshoot issues, and document findings.
  • Clearly document findings and results for the team
