About this role

FieldAI is seeking a 3D/AR/VR Software Engineer to build immersive user interfaces for humanoid robots. You'll develop and integrate AR/VR applications that enable real-world robot supervision and control, working across design, prototyping, and deployment in a research-driven robotics company.

What you'll do

  • Implement and integrate AR/VR applications for humanoid robot supervision, manipulation, and locomotion
  • Design and prototype innovative 3D interfaces for robot control and interaction
  • Develop UI systems that translate robotic capabilities into reliable, user-facing applications
  • Support robot integration and conduct user-study-based evaluation of VR/AR systems
  • Maintain and improve AR/VR applications for real-world deployment and field use
  • Collaborate with the humanoid UI/UX team to iterate on interaction design and rendering
